In-person styling and wardrobe services are provided in the Greater London area. Online styling is available to clients anywhere in the US, Canada, and the UK.
The process starts with a complimentary phone consultation. A client should feel comfortable working with me. We can find out if we're a good fit. Also, I need to get to know her personality, lifestyle, fashion inspiration, style likes, and dislikes. We’ll discuss specific goals and see what service or services are suitable. If shopping is required we'll set a budget. Sometimes a client may only need just one service from a specific package. The services are flexible and a la carte, so it's really up to you.
Depending on the service, you may be asked to complete a style profile questionnaire and or to send photos of your current closet space. With this information, I'll have a clear strategy in mind and can better assess what needs to be done before our session. This is a time saver that lets me more efficiently utilize my time during the appointment and provides you with a better level of service.
It depends on what service you'd like. Generally, a minimum of two to three hours is suggested for closet make-overs. That's a good starting point. Of course, based on the demands of the service, more time may be required.
Each service has a flat rate fee, with a time minimum. A rate of£80 per hour is charged if the appointment exceeds the minimum time frame. If a service is customized, a quote will be provided. When editing clothing items they can be resold online or donated. You have the option of donating or consigning the items yourself or this can be done for you. There is a 15% service fee for any consignment items sold. When shopping, I'll work within a budget that's comfortable for you. For a closet reorganization, it’s not necessary. The work can be done independently. It's essential to be available for detoxing, editing, outfit creation and styling services. You'll get the most out of the experience as it's a collaboration. I'll need to know which pieces to edit, consign or donate.
My role is to make you look your best, whatever your lifestyle. I typically work with women from all walks of life. It really varies. I’ve worked with businesswomen, stay at home moms, creatives, and other professionals. I've also had experience consulting women going back into the work-force and college grads who are just beginning their careers. I'm happy to be a part of a client's style transformation, no matter what she's embarking on.

Cancellation fees apply if made 12 hours or less from the time of the scheduled session.
There is no charge for a canceled booking if the cancellation is made 12 hours or more before the scheduled appointment. However, a 50% fee applies to cancellations made within 12 hours of the booking time. No-shows will be charged the full price.
